A distress beacon is pinging from a cabin in the storm. Reach it before the snow buries your view.
The wind will shove you off course, and facing into it makes the snow pile up faster. Hold Shift to brace against the wind, but it burns stamina, and sheltering behind trees gets it back faster. Wiping the lens clears some snow, but you have to stop walking to do it. Watch for a warm window light. You'll only see it when the gusts die down.
