Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
By using Hero Rank Uprise, you agree to these terms.
The App
Hero Rank Uprise is a free fitness challenge app. Some features (exercise ranks, streaks, leaderboard) require a free account.
Not Medical Advice
This app is for general fitness motivation and entertainment. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any health conditions. Exercise at your own risk.
Your Content
If you upload a profile photo or submit content associated with your account, you're responsible for ensuring it doesn't violate these terms — no offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
Accuracy of Tracking
Exercise rep counting uses on-device motion detection, which may not be perfectly accurate in all conditions. Rank and exam progress reflect the app's best effort to track your exercises, not a certified fitness assessment.
Your Choices
You can delete your account yourself at any time from the Your Hero settings panel in the app. Deleting removes your account, training history, streaks, and exam progress permanently and cannot be undone. If something goes wrong, contact us at 100reps.fit@gmail.com and we'll help.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Changes
We may update these terms or the privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
