Free squat counter
Point your camera, start moving. Reps count on your device — no video is uploaded, no account needed.
How the counting works
Your camera feed runs through Google's MoveNet pose model inside your browser. It follows your joints and counts a rep each time the movement completes a full range of motion. No camera frames are recorded, stored, or sent to a server.
Why on-device matters
No video leaves your phone. Pose tracking runs in your browser, no video or photos are saved or uploaded, and there is no account or sign-up wall to use the tool.
Getting a clean squat count
Prop the phone up and face it head-on with your whole body in frame. A rep counts once your hips drop to at least knee height and you stand back up.
The basics either way: even lighting, your whole body in frame, and hold still for the two-second calibration before you begin.
