Hero Rank Uprise ("the app," "we," "us") is operated by Jonathan Magno. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Camera & Motion Tracking
When you use the exercise tracking features (pushups, situps, squats), the app accesses your device camera to detect your body position and count reps. This processing happens entirely on your device — no video or camera footage is ever recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Account Information
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create your Hero Rank Uprise account. We use this to save your training history, streaks, and rank progress.
Training Data
We store the exercise sessions, rep counts, run distances/times, streaks, and rank progress associated with your account. If you use the app without signing in, this data is stored temporarily in your browser only and is not sent to our servers; it's lost if you close your browser tab, unless you sign in.
Profile Photo
If you upload a profile photo, it's stored on our servers and may be shown to other users on the public leaderboard alongside your display name and rank.
Exam Run Screenshots
For rank exam runs, you may optionally attach a screenshot (for example from a running app or treadmill display) as informal proof. These screenshots are stored privately on our servers, linked to your account and that run. They are never shown on the leaderboard or to other users, and they are permanently deleted when you remove the screenshot or delete your account.
Leaderboard & Public Data
Your display name, rank, streak, and profile photo (if uploaded) may be shown publicly on the in-app leaderboard.
Advertising
The app may display ads from third-party advertising networks to support free access to the app. These networks may use standard ad technology (such as cookies) to serve ads; we do not control their data practices and encourage you to review their own privacy policies.
Data We Don't Collect
We do not sell your personal information. We do not record or store any video or camera footage.
Children's Privacy
Hero Rank Uprise is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Choices
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Your Hero settings panel in the app — tap “Delete account” and confirm. If you run into trouble, you can also contact us at 100reps.fit@gmail.com.
