Free Horse Stance Timer
Stand tall to calibrate, sink into your stance, and the clock runs until you come out of it. Tracking runs on your device — no video is uploaded, no account needed.
How the tracking works
Your camera feed runs through Google's MoveNet pose model inside your browser. It measures your standing hip height during calibration, then starts the clock the moment your hips drop into stance depth. Stand back up or collapse too low and the clock stops — that's your time. A brief tracking flicker under a second never ends a genuine hold.
Why on-device matters
No video leaves your phone. Pose tracking runs in your browser, no video or photos are saved or uploaded, and there is no account or sign-up wall to use the timer.
Horse stance form and setup tips
Feet roughly twice shoulder-width apart, toes forward or slightly out, knees tracking over your toes. Sink until your thighs approach parallel and keep your torso upright. For the camera: prop the phone at about waist height a few steps away, face it head-on, and keep your whole body in frame with even lighting. Stand still for the two-second calibration before you drop.
